Authorities: Missing Iowa teen wasn't abducted

Authorities say a missing Iowa teen believed to have been abducted by a relative has been found safe with her boyfriend.
The Iowa State Patrol issued an Amber Alert Saturday evening for 17-year-old Betsy Luna, of Essex. The alert said she was believed to have been taken by a relative and could be in danger.
But the state Department of Public Safety says the girl was found Saturday night at her 19-year-old boyfriend's home in Red Oak. Both were taken in for questioning.
The department says charges are pending.
