Anamosa inmate dies at Iowa City hospital

An inmate at the Anamosa State Penitentiary died this week.
Timothy Leon Sohler died Wednesday at University Hospitals in Iowa City, prison officials said. The cause of death is unknown. An autopsy was conducted Thursday, but toxicology tests could take up to four to six weeks.
Sohler, 51, began serving a 25-year sentence Dec. 3 from Woodbury County for attempted murder and willful injury.
Prison officials declined further comment.
