Agriprocessors former manager sentencing set for April

The former Agriprocessors vice president will be sentenced 8 a.m. April 28 in U.S. District Court, according to an order filed today.
Sholom Rubashkin, 51, of Postville, was convicted in November of 86 counts of bank fraud and other charges. The charges stem from the May 2008 immigration raid at the kosher meatpacking plant. Nearly 400 illegal workers were arrested and charged.
