Accident stacks up Interstate 380 northbound traffic
An accident around 11:50 a.m. slowed northbound traffic on Interstate 380 just before the H Avenue exit in Cedar Rapids.
Three vehicles were involved and blocking the middle lanes, police said. No injuries were reported.
As of 12:05 p.m., traffic was stacked back to the 5-in-1 dam.
