It's the middle of winter. Why not celebrate with the
Dead of Winter Party -- also known as the seventh annual Halloween Party and Costume Contest . Who cares if it's January instead of October. The party is for a good cause. Organizers are raising money for the New Bo Beach Volleyball Courts, which are planned adjacent to the New Bo Market.
