Four members of the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders have been selected to play for a team representing the United States at the World Junior ‘A' Challenge international hockey tournament December 14-20 in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Defensemen Charlie Curti and Mitch Reinke and forwards Adam Gaudette and Andrew Oglevie are part of a 21-member team of all United States Hockey League players. Sioux City's Jay Varady is the head coach for the squad, which will compete against teams from Russia, Switzerland, Denmark and Canada.
