Dubuque Hempstead Assistant Principal arrested
After weeks of investigation, an assistant principal from Dubuque's Hempstead High School is behind bars. Police arrested Shane Oswald late this afternoon.
Authorities are charging Oswald with sexual exploitation by a school employee, distribution of a controlled substance to a person under the age of 18 and providing alcohol to a person under the legal age.
Oswald's bond is set for $50,000.
