10 mailboxes run down in Cedar Rapids neighborhood
Someone ran over at least 10 mailboxes in a southwest Cedar Rapids neighborhood overnight.
Police took vandalism reports this morning in the Westwind Creek subdivision. They say someone hit the mailboxes with the vehicle.
Six mailboxes were knocked over on Radcliffe Drive SW. Three more were smashed on Woodhill Drive SW.
Police had not taken any other reports of mailbox vandalism from other parts of the city as of 7 a.m. They have not identified any suspects and no arrests have been made.
