CR Concert Chorale kicks of 2025-26 season with ‘Peace and Unity for All Nations’

The Cedar Rapids Concert Chorale's 2025-26 season will kick off with “Peace and Unity for All Nations,” a concert expressing in music our collective longing for peace and unity around the world.
The concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at Prairie High School Concert Hall, 401 76th Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids.
This concert will be performed in partnership with the Cedar Rapids Community Orchestra, highlighting each ensemble’s own selections while combining the forces of both groups to include several classic American songs, including “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” “We Shall Overcome” and music from Elaine Hagenberg’s “Illuminare.”
