Warning commits to Minnesota

Cedar Rapids RoughRiders forward Sam Warning has committed to play college hockey beginning in the 2011 season for Minnesota.
A St. Louis-area native, Warning, 17, is in his first season with the RoughRiders. He has two goals and two assists in seven games.
He and teammate Mike Parks (a North Dakota commit) played for a United States team late in the summer in the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament in Slovakia.
Warning is the 10th RoughRider to commit to a college:
