U.S. and Donovan win World gold

A goal from Washington Capitals prospect John Carlson in overtime gave the United States a 6-5 overtime win over Canada in the World Junior Hockey Championships at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on Tuesday night.
Matt Donovan, a freshman at the University of Denver who played two seasons for the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, was a member of the U.S. squad.
