River Bandits rally past Kernels, 4-3

DAVENPORT - Designated hitter Edgar Lara drove in a pair of runs as Quad Cities rallied to beat the Cedar Rapids Kernels, 4-3, last night in Midwest League baseball.
The Kernels led, 3-2, when the River Bandits scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Daniel Calhoun
(8-0) got the win in relief, allowing four hits and striking out three in two innings. Jose Rada picked up his sixth save.
Cedar Rapids' Carson Andrew was the losing pitcher, allowing two hits and those two runs in two innings of work. Jean Segura had a pair of hits for the Kernels.
