Dinner to Feature Officials Chief Brand, Plus Morrison and Albindia
United States Hockey League Director of Officials Scott Brand will be one of the featured speakers during the Waterloo Black Hawks “Ref, You Rock” dinner at 6:30 on Tuesday, November 8th at the Grout Museum in downtown Waterloo, the Black Hawks announced Thursday.
