Kernels noon game on as scheduled
Despite the morning rainfall, the Cedar Rapids kernels said today (Monday) that their daytime game against the Beloit Snappers will be played as scheduled.
First pitch for the game today (Monday) is set for 12:05 p.m.
Heath Nichols (1-2, 7.15 ERA) will start on the mound for the Kernels, and Adrian Salcedo (2-1, 2.43) will take the mound for the Snappers.
