Kernels MLB Alumni Report 4/13/11

Peter Bourjos (2007) hit a solo HR in the third inning and Mark Trumbo (2006-07) hit his first career HR in the seventh inning to help the Angels to a 2-0 win over the Indians. Bourjos added a double and finished the game 2-3. Howard Kendrick (2004) was 0-4, Alberto Callaspo (2003) went 0-3 and Jeff Mathis was 0-3 in the victory.

Sean Rodriguez (2004-05) went 0-4 in the Rays 3-2 win over the Red Sox. Joel Peralta (2001-02) got the final out of the eighth innings to help preserve the win.

Bobby Jenks (2001) worked a scoreless ninth in the Red Sox 3-2 loss to the Rays.

Darren O'Day (2006) took the loss allowing one run on two hits and two walks in 2/3 of an inning of work in the Rangers 5-4 loss to the Tigers.

Alexi Casilla (2004-05) went 0-3 with a stolen base and scored a run in the Twins 4-3 win over the Royals.

David Herndon (2007) allowed a run one a hit and a walk in 2/3 of an inning of work in the Phillies 7-4 loss to the Nationals.
