Kernels included in 2011 Mall to Mall Race

The Cedar Rapids Kernels are proud to once again play a part in the Cedar Valley Running Association Mall to Mall Race held on May 1.

The 8.8 mile route will include a pass through Veterans Memorial Stadium where runners will make a one lap trip around Perfect Game Field before continuing on the race path. The race will begin at Lindale Mall at 8:00am and stretch down 1st Avenue, passing through Cedar Memorial Cemetery, to a finish at Westdale Mall. The proceeds of this year's Mall to Mall Race will benefit Habitat for Humanity.
