How much do those in the minors get paid?

You don't know how many times I've been asked that question. I can't really ever answer it when it comes to front-office employees and manager and coaching staff.
I've been given ranges before, but simply don't know.
I ran across this story in Baseball America, however, that answers a lot of those salary questions. Here's the link.
By the way, minor league players got a per diem increase for road games from $20 a day to $25. Mighty generous of MLB.
