First-round pick Randal Grichuk joins Kernels

Randal Grichuk, Angels 2009 1st round draft pick, has arrived in Ft. Wayne and will join the Kernels for tonight's game against the Tin Caps.

Grichuk is joining the team from the Arizona League. He spent 2010 in Cedar Rapids, hitting .292 with 7 HR and 36 RBI in only 52 games.
