A Stadium For The Community: Events of All Kinds!

Veterans Memorial Stadium was built in 2002 through community support with the community in mind. More than just a baseball stadium, the Kernels host school nights, community nights, Scout camp overs, non-profit fundraisers, college and high school games, Perfect Game showcases, concerts, and youth baseball clinics.

During the month of May the stadium will welcome 25 area schools, open the stadium for the Mall to Mall Run, host the Arthritis Foundation Walk, the IIAC Baseball Tournament, a Perfect Game Showcase, a Global Day of Prayer, the Metro High School Baseball Tournament Finals, and a Cancer Awareness Night with special jerseys for a silent auction fundraiser.
