Arrested Andrew Rosa-Aguilar, 6/22/91, 2150 Rcokford Rd SW, Warrant - FTA Theft 5 and Burgalry 3.
Arrested Anthony Rutherford, 2/7/92, 2150 Rockdord Rd SW, Burglary 3.
officers were sent to Vets Memorial for a theft at the concession stand. Caught all three subjects inside the stadium and they wree taking candy and items. All went to LCJ.
