IOWA CITY - Below is a copy of the petition given to the Iowa City school board last night in support of City High Principal Mark Hanson.
Again, it is important to note that Hanson resigned. Maybe he was pushed in that direction, as many of his supporters believe (Hanson was given a one-year contract this school year rather than the typical two-year deal). But he was not terminated, as the petition states.
