Tea Party chair to lead Funk congressional campaign

The Dave Funk for Congress Campaign in Iowa's U.S. 3rd District has tapped Iowa Tea Party Chairman Ryan Rhodes as its political director.
Funk is seeking the Republican nomination to face Democrat Rep. Leonard Boswell.
As Iowa Tea Party Chairman, Rhodes has coordinated grass roots efforts across the state.
“Dave isn‘t just a late comer to the Tea Party for political purposes,” Rhodes said. “He has been there from the beginning and I believe he is someone we can trust to be a true voice of the people for limited government in Washington.”
