Public can meet Iowa City candidates at open house

IOWA CITY – An open house is to be held Oct. 10 to meet three City Council candidates.
Karen Kubby is hosting the event at her home, 1425 Ridge St., from 5-8 p.m. to give people a chance to meet candidates Kingsley Botchway, Rockne Cole and Royceann Porter.
Kubby, a former City Council member, has endorsed all three.
