Legislative forum March 20

The third League of Women Voters legislative forum of the 2010 session will be from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. March 20 at Mercy Medical Center, 701 10th St. SE in the Hallagan Education Center. This forum is free and open to the public.
Legislator will talk about what they've been working on and then answer questions from the audience. All 11 Linn County legislators have been invited to participate.
The forums are sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Cedar Rapids and Marion along with Waypoint, American Association of University Women, United Way of East Central Iowa and AARP as co-sponsors.
The final 2010 legislative forum will be April 17 at St. Luke's Hospital. Information is also available online at
