DNC chairman Kaine to visit state fair

Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Tim Kaine is planning to visit the Iowa State Fair Aug. 17, according to Iowa Democratic Party Chairwoman Sue Dvorsky.
Kaine will attend other Democratic events in the area, she added.
