Branstad names NE Iowa chairmen

Conrad Clement and Gary Lynch will serve as the Northeast Iowa chairs for The Governor Branstad 2010 Committee.
Clement is a local businessman from Cresco, while Lynch is president of the Lynch Companies and resides in Waucoma.
