A veto message and more?

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's spokesman calls it “a weird coincidence,” but regardless of his intention the California Republican got his message across.
Schwarzenegger sent a note to a Democratic assemblyman, who had heckled him during an earlier event, to tell the lawmaker he was going to veto his bill.
The governor's office said there was no hidden message intended, but the first letter of each line of the letter seems to spell out Schwarzenegger's intent.
Gary Langer, director of polling at ABC News, called the odds of it being a coincidence about one in 10 billion.
