Four Republicans seeking their party's nomination for the U.S. House in Iowa's 2
nd
District will participate in a forum May 26 near Mount Pleasant.
The forum will be at 7 p.m. at American Outdoors, which is approximately six miles south of Mount Pleasant on Hwy. 218 at mile marker 35. It will be outdoors unless the weather mandates moving inside.
Don Racheter of the Public Interest Institute in Mount Pleasant will emcee the event. The candidates will speak from the front porch. Each candidate will have an area for private communication and information distribution following the group discussion.
