The Middle Ages sprang to life this weekend in Middle Amana Park at the Iowa Renaissance Festival. Events include jousting, jester puppets for the wee ones, fencing challenges, a treasure hunt, music by Clearly Guilty from Kansas City and Silverthorn from these parts, a royal entourage, Shattock School of Defense and Scottish performers.
The fair continues through Monday, May 26.
