Critter Crusaders helped a 9-month-old puppy with hip and head injuries and other fractures by offering the medical care he needed after being hit be a car on First Avenue in Cedar Rapids in April. Caesar, a Lab-pit bull mix, is still recovering and in foster care but soon will be ready for adoption.
