College Community Schools District-wide Registration August 1 and 2

It's back to school time! District-wide school registration for Preschool through 12

^th

grade will be held at Prairie High School on Monday, August 1 from 11:00-7:00 pm and Tuesday, August 2 from 3:00 – 7:00 pm.

Parking is available behind the high school near the tennis courts.  Please enter through the south Success Center entrance in the back of the high school.

A registration packet from your child's building will be mailed in mid July.  Please review all registration information and bring required materials with you when registering.

The following forms should be completed and brought to registration

• Registration Form
• Insurance Waiver Form
• Health Form
• Application of Free and Reduced Lunch, if applicable
• Reduced or Waiver of Fees Form, if applicable

• Cash
• Check
• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover)

New to the District

If you are new to the district and have not already completed preliminary enrollment paperwork in the ESC office, please contact Sheri Schulte in the district office at 319-848-5228.

Spirit Wear Available

Prairie clothing and accessories are available for purchase from our PTO's. Please visit their rooms as they all have different items.

• All PTO purchases are separate from the cashier
• Payment option: cash or check only

Stuff the Backpack – School Supply Donations

You have the opportunity to help other Prairie families in need of school supplies.  We will “STUFF THE BACKPACK” with school supplies to be divided between the schools and distributed to those students whose families cannot provide necessary supplies.  If you wish to participate, just pick up an extra item from your school supply list and drop it in the big red backpack at registration.  Thank you for your support of Prairie kids!
