CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – December 20, 2011 – New sessions of Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Personal Development classes begin the first week in January. Registrations are now being accepted for Couples' Massage, Meditation for the Busy Life, Intro to Reiki, Intro to Yoga, and Zumba. Guitar classes are also available for youths and adults.
