Big Brothers Big Sisters to hold Big Magic Breakfast

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cedar Rapids & East Central Iowa is hosting its seventh annual Big Magic Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at the Cedar Rapids Marriott, 1200 Collins Rd. NE.

The purpose of this breakfast is to educate and inspire community members about the positive impact mentoring makes for area youth and the whole community.

The expected attendance of well over 350 community members will hear from President Linda Henecke; Marcis, current Little Brother in the program; Katheryn Foxx, parent to three former program youths; and Director Bob Haag.  In addition, a video produced by KCRG-TV9 will be featured.  CBS2 and Fox 28's Tiffany O'Donnell will emcee the event.
