Dr. Ben Carson is a unique man. He was born in Detroit in impoverished conditions. His Mother was married very young to his Father. The marriage, sadly, didn't last. She worked several jobs to keep the family fed and to pay the rent where they lived. She didn't want aid assistance. She wanted to set an example for her young boys, Ben and Curtis. His Mother told him ever since he was a young man, that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Dr. Carson didn't only put his mind to it as his Mother said to him, but he became, at the young age of 33, the director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland.
Dr. Carson holds more than 40 honorary doctorate degrees. He was a specialist in surgical procedures separating conjoined twins where no other doctor would have attempted to do. He saved many babies lives.
Currently, he is possibly going to run for our president in 2016. Dr. Carson is unbelievably a very caring person and also well versed, through his personal political studies, of how America could and should be.
There are many people backing him and urging him to run for president.
I think it would be one of the best things that could happen to our country, considering the current conditions.
