With Trump, it’s not just the economy

Pete Larson's September 11 letter expounded upon the Trump economy as a big roaring bonfire, quoting 'it's all about the economy, stupid.” He said if we didn't appreciate what Trump has allegedly done for the economy, we must have 'Trump Derangement Syndrome.” I guess I have that condition because I don't agree with that position and feel it is extremely narrow when considering who would be the best person for the job. I don't think I'm deranged because I think climate change is real, that we need strong gun control measures, that we protect our elections and that wasting money building a wall will not solve the immigration issue. I don't think I'm deranged if I want a president that doesn't lie, treat woman and minorities shamefully, alienate our allies, cozy up to dictators, and make us look weak and 'deranged” to the rest of the world. I'm glad Mr. Larson is pleased with his pension and his investments, but for me it's not just 'about the economy, stupid.”
