Will the property tax backfill continue?

Will the GOP and Gov. Kim Reynolds continue to backfill the business property tax credit that lowered property taxes for businesses and multi-residential (apartment complexes) from 100 to 60 percent?
How will cities and counties replace the lost revenue if there is no back fill? Yup. Raise your property taxes.
Reynolds said during the campaign that Fred Hubbell would raise your taxes. The GOP-controlled Legislature talked about reducing or eliminating the backfill last year, which would force cities and counties to raise your property taxes. So, what will the Legislature and Reynolds do in 2019?
