Why vote for another Trump disaster?

Why would Iowans want to vote for Donald Trump if he is the final candidate on the Presidential Republican ticket? They are smarter than that, and yes, I am from Iowa. My case and point is that all of us have had the experience of the Trump years. The circus, the charade, the complete disregard of former and proven American institutions and laws of governance that perhaps need improvement but still worked. The chaos he provoked was beyond description and the in the end he became the victim of his own making by not taking any responsibility for his actions or decisions. He ruled by ego, bullying and a self inflicted notion that he was infallible. The legal, political and civil cases against him are potentially lethal for his candidacy and he alone will someday have to face the reality of American justice. Are you willing to gamble your precious vote for this person and would he really serve the country’s needed guidance in a world gone mad. Is he credible given his past record.?
I think all diverse readers and deep thinkers would agree that our current global geopolitical world is in a precarious state and it could spiral out of control beyond our ability to manage the risks and threats we face. Do we need by chance to elect a risky questionable character who wants nothing but total control without accountability? Iowans are smarter than that, at least we hope so.
