Who will be the presumptive heir to Grassley’s seat?

Sen. Chuck Grassley is 90 years old.
If Chuck gets too old and retires, will Grassley endorse his grandson Pat the Iowa speaker of the house, for his Senate seat? Or will he be neutral if one of Iowa’s four U.S. congressional reps decide to run in a Republican primary for the Senate seat? They should ask Chuck that on Iowa Press show. I’m wondering in Tama County.
