Where’s the music at our parades?

Well, another great parade day (St. Patrick's Day) has passed and still we have no marching bands playing in our parades. The last time I wrote about this, I believe Marion responded that they had to pay a large fee. Contact me and I'll pay the fee.
After all, our taxes support the schools. It seems they can go other places but not to their hometown. There were many people from out of town at the parade and many comments were made. Where's the music?
