Where was Braley on the major issues?

It was interesting to read the Dec. 11 article about activities of the concluding 111th Congress, and the accomplishments of the Iowa delegation, including my representative, Bruce Braley. To say that he, and others in the delegation, had few legislative victories seems to overstate the obvious.
Braley did take credit for winning approval for a couple of vital issues, such as a resolution to require that “plain English” be used in the writing of certain documents and a resolution commemorating the battle of Iwo Jima. Who could disagree with these two controversial issues?
I am underwhelmed by Braley's influence in dealing with the major issues facing our country, i.e., job creation, government spending, tax reform and refinement of Obamacare.
