I read, with interest, Raymond Supalla's letter to the editor on Tuesday Feb 11. I agree with the writer that we're getting much more than we voted for when we elected Trump president. Many feel there's nothing we can do about it. I know several people who didn't even vote because they thought their vote wouldn't matter.
So may I suggest a possible remedy. If we don't like what is happening, we need to contact our senators and Congress people and tell them what we think. You can email Sens. Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst on your phone, tablet, or computer. To reach other representatives, just Google their name and look for the ".gov" to get the correct link.
Or you can call or write:
Chuck Grassley

Joni Ernst
260 Russell Senate Bldg, Washington, DC 20510
