What are effects of secondhand marijuana?

There seems to be a lot of concern about the effects of secondhand smoke, at least where cigarette smoke is concerned.
But I have heard very little about the effects of secondhand marijuana smoke. It seems to me that any discussions about the legalization of marijuana for medical purposes ought to include the topic of secondhand smoke.
Wouldn't that smoke reach and affect those around the user similar to the way cigarette smoke reaches them? Wouldn't it affect anyone nearby whether they had chosen to use marijuana or not? Wouldn't it also affect children and infants who have no choice at all?
