Wellington Heights project displacing people

Yes, the work Four Oaks is doing is commendable at the least, but what price is being paid? Four Oaks/Affordable Housing Network/Y&Z Corporation are making things look better, but what about the people who are being displaced? Many are just being moved to other areas of town. How about taking the people who are causing problems and teach them to think?
Is it a coincidence that the vast majority of properties bought are the very properties that have received the highest number of police calls in the past? I just feel that something is being hidden from the public. The response is that the people who are being kicked out can apply through Affordable Housing. Well, that's a joke. They know anybody with a past is going to be rejected through their screening process.
What's really being done is a certain “group” of people are being driven out of Wellington Heights and that's not the answer. I am a person with a bad past but I am also a person who has made a change and it bothers me to see what's going on. You may not think I know what I'm talking about but I really do. And my question to you is, is it all worth it? Improving the looks of Wellington Heights at what expense?
