Wear reflective clothing to avoid being hit

I would like to address those people on my way to work at 5:30 a.m., the ones out running, walking your dog, riding your bicycle in the streets - wear something reflective, flashing lights (front and rear on that bicycle). It's dark out, my car will not stop on a dime when you step out in front of me, and when you decide to yell obscenities and wave your arms, do it at home in front of your mirror. I really don't want you as a hood ornament.
