We should learn to accept our differences

How wise it is to acknowledge a higher power and to bring him/her into our daily lives and decisions. Conversely, how unwise it would be to factor in a particular religious belief with regard to a future presidency. The wise men who authored our Constitution knew how important it was to exclude it. Why? Everyone, whether they follow the Quran, Bible or whatever religious document, have different interpretations of its meaning, just as each of us has different tastes.
We all are different - homosexuals, straights, white, yellow or black, male or female; accept and learn to make it work. After all, if we work within the confines of justice under the laws and accept each other for what we are and avoid those we dislike or at least tolerate them with civility, we can make it. There are enough good people to go around if we just get to know them better.
Abortion should not be a governmental decision. Think about it, men - if someone told you what you can or cannot do with a new life in your body, wouldn't you want to make that decision for yourself? Right or wrong, that decision will be left up to that higher power in the end.
