We are answerable for our actions

Responding to Herman Lenz's letter on July 16 (“Religious extremists don't believe in choice”), you say “religious extremists” force people to do things “their way.” People who think abortion is barbaric are being forced to pay taxes for some abortions. If it is the woman's choice, then the women and others who believe in abortions can put their money where their mouths are and donate for free abortions. As Christians, if it is none of our business who gets an abortion, then it is not our business to have to pay for them. Let the believers in abortion be held accountable for the lives they affect and taking away the choice of being born from innocent babies.
It is getting more barbaric as some in the public now want artial birth abortions and abortions because the baby is female. How much further is this going? Sounds like other religions may be getting into this now. Of course, we do not want to offend any religion but Christian. We are all answerable for our actions as a nation and as individuals to God. Nations have ended for far less than what we are doing to millions of children in this country.
