Voting for Hinson is an easy decision

Ashley Hinson is one of the hardest-working representatives Iowa's ever seen. I’ve noticed over the last two years how she leads on issues primary to Iowan's hearts, especially on economic and trade issues which affects our farm exports and jobs. Parents today are more concerned than ever about the reach of teachers’ unions into the lives of their kids, often dismissing parents' voices. Ashley watches this closely and knows it is a major concern today. She’s not a Trump rubber stamp — more in the mold of Ronald Reagan, she’s her own person. Not all Republicans are MAGA-bound, not all engage in vitriol or name calling. Ashley fights and takes strong positions. I like her positions on taxes, defense, trade and inflation and I like her standing against the cultural war waged by anarchists.
The Biden Administration has the worst leadership I’ve ever seen. I remember Democrats when they were pro-family, pro-America. They’re gone.
If Liz Mathis is in lockstep with either Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi, she is not in step with most of Iowa. The people that don't write in, that take a paper's endorsement with reservation — we see the value Ashley has brought locally and she keeps us informed. I like her fighting spirit. I like her integrity and devotion to ordinary people. It is an easy decision this November for many of us — for a slew of offices.
