Voter ID capable of stopping voter fraud

Taking control of the United States through voter fraud is a form of treason.
The increased reports of voter fraud by the news media support a call for a thorough investigation by a neutral Federal Bureau of Investigation.
What is the reasoning behind the opposition of picture identification? Should there be a stated period when party registration is authorized, requiring explanation for exceptions, thus precluding changing over to pursue party power?
Reports indicate that fraud is more prevalent in one unnamed party, but is active in all political parties, which does not stand favorable for this nation's character. Integrity goes begging.
