Vote for Monroe for Marion at large

I’m urging the citizens of Marion to vote in the Nov. 2 City Council election for Dale Monroe. He is running for an at-large seat which means all citizens of Marion can vote for him.

I have known Dale for over 35 years, and worked for him for 10 years. Working for Dale really meant working with him. He is a ”straight shooter,” interested in getting things done right & willing to actively support efforts to do so.

I am of the opinion that placing him on the council would help it to continue to improve Marion for its citizens. He’s open to listening to all sides of an issue, gathering data about the issue, and then make a decision based on that information. You can count on him being his own man when it comes time to vote on an issue.
