Volunteers advance research on MS
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Nov. 19, 2009 11:52 pm
On behalf of the staff, board of trustees and the 8,000 people in the North Central States Chapter living with multiple sclerosis, I would like to recognize all the team captains and volunteers who took part in Walk MS or Bike MS in 2009.
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is observing Team and Volunteer Appreciation Week this week. The leadership of our team captains and dedication of our volunteers and participants allow us to move MS research forward and address challenges of people living with MS and their families. Because of their commitment, we can continue to build our programs and services and increase awareness.
If you are interested in participating in our events in 2010 or learning more about the National MS Society, contact us at 1-(800) 344-4867 or visit www.mymssociety.org
